Sunday, 3th September
A less than promising weather forcast led us to stick close to home. Also, it enabled our less fit infirm join. Setting out from Castle Ring it became a walk with purpose. Still exploring Gentleshaw Common and a chance to report a broken stile. Fortunately the rain just about held off and we were able to take lunch in dry clothes. This time it was off to The Bowling Green for one of the chain's Sunday Lunches.
