Despite the rain it was time for different a landscape and the hope that the forecast afternoon Sun appeared.

A little longer than thought due to a lack of concentration and a desire to keep off the road and take in the “closed” battlefield visitor centre. At least the Red Lion is back in the good books with it’s Sunday Lunch.
